Dark Chocolate Cranberry Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- Dash of salt
Dark Chocolate Cranberry Breakfast Cookies
Steps
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the banana, almond butter, & maple syrup together until well incorporated. Add oats.
Add dark chocolate chips & cranberries to the oat mixture. (The bagged will be very wet which is going to make for a soft cookie - don’t add any oats or flour).
With a cookie scoop or spoon, even distribute the cookie dough across the cookie sheet. (You should get roughly 12 cookies - depending on the size).
Bake for 10 minutes & enjoy!
