Dark Chocolate Cranberry Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • - 1 1/2 mashed banana

  • - 1/3 cup almond butter

  • - 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • - 1 1/2 cup quick oats

  • - 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

  • - 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  • - Dash of salt

Dark Chocolate Cranberry Breakfast Cookies

Steps

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix the banana, almond butter, & maple syrup together until well incorporated. Add oats.

  3. Add dark chocolate chips & cranberries to the oat mixture. (The bagged will be very wet which is going to make for a soft cookie - don’t add any oats or flour).

  4. With a cookie scoop or spoon, even distribute the cookie dough across the cookie sheet. (You should get roughly 12 cookies - depending on the size).

  5. Bake for 10 minutes & enjoy!
